How AI-ready is your business? Free 2-Minute Check
You wouldn't let a builder quote your renovation without walking through the house. Most technology projects fail because someone skipped the walk-through: licences given out with no plan to follow.
One pattern I find in almost every assessment: management describes a process one way, and the people doing the work describe it differently. That gap is where the wasted hours live, and no tool can close a gap nobody has seen.
What do I get at the end of it?
A prioritised roadmap and blueprint showing exactly where technology and AI will pay off in your business, and where they won't. A plan you can act on, with or without me.
How is this different from just picking a tool and trying it?
Most technology projects fail because someone skipped the walk-through. You wouldn't let a builder quote your renovation without walking through the house first. I map how your business runs before recommending anything, so you're not paying for a tool that doesn't fit how you work.
What happens during the assessment?
I map your current systems and workflows, and I talk to the people actually doing the work, not just what the procedure says on paper. Processes drift over time, especially as people change roles, so I interview people across different parts of the business to understand how things really get done today. That gets everything captured clearly before we even talk about what to change.
Will this always end with an AI recommendation?
No. If you have a hammer, you look for nails. I look at the plans first and find where the bottlenecks actually are. Often the quickest win is a simple automation or integration you already have, not a new tool, and not necessarily AI. My rule: if it doesn't save you time, save you money, or make you money, it's not worth doing, whatever the answer turns out to be.
Do I have to act on everything in the roadmap?
It's your roadmap. Some businesses use it to do the work themselves, some bring me in for the build, some just needed clarity on what to prioritise.
What if I don't know where to start, or I have a specific project in mind?
This space moves fast, so it's common not to know where to start, and just as common to think you know exactly what you need and be wrong about which piece to start with. Sometimes training's the right first step, sometimes it's the assessment, and sometimes the simplest starting point is an AI Alignment Session, just to get your leadership team on the same page before committing to anything bigger. Best bet is a quick chat so I can point you in the right direction. And if what you need sits outside what I do, I've got a network of AI practitioners and coaches I can point you to instead.
How long does it take?
Contact us for a timeline based on the size of your business, it varies with how many systems and workflows there are to map.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business. Contact us for a quote.
Do I have to hire you for the build afterwards?
The roadmap is yours either way. If you want help implementing it, that's a separate conversation, not a condition of the assessment.
